Our extended returns period is 100 days and begins on Order date . Please note that we will no longer process returns that reach us after 100 days from the order date. In this case, a refund is excluded.

For returns that are sent back to us more than 100 days after the order date, the products will be donated to a non-profit organization (e.g. Caritas Mannheim).

Returns sent to our office address or warehouse address after 100 days at your own expense will not be accepted. A refund is excluded.

10.1 Return of complete order
For orders with an order total of over 150.00 euros that were placed over 30 days ago and are returned in full, we, VYBE Beauty GmbH, reserve the right to issue a voucher in the amount of the entire purchase price instead of a refund of the purchase price. This is then valid for 3 years to the end of a calendar year from issue. Exceptions are possible.

If an order with a value of more than 29.00 euros is returned to us in full after the statutory cancellation period has expired, we will keep it VYBE Beauty GmbH, we reserve the right to retain a shipping fee of 5.90 euros. The amount of the respective order will be refunded to the specified payment method, less the flat rate, within 14 working days.


10.2 Assertion of donations
If a second owner wishes a return within our 100-day return period from the date of purchase, the complete details of the first owner or buyer (name, address, email address and order number) must be available and provided. In this case, the refund will then be made using the payment method originally used.

If the item is returned to the seller without providing the details of the first owner or buyer, the return cannot be processed. The goods are donated. It is not possible to return the payment to the applicant.

11. Undeliverable delivery
If your order cannot be delivered after several attempts for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. In this case, we assume that you want to withdraw from the contract, which will then automatically be converted into a refund obligation. As a consequence, we will immediately, but no later than 14 days after cancellation, refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you using a shipping method other than the standard shipping method offered by us have chosen).

Each discount code can only be used once per purchase and per customer.

Only one discount code can be used per order. It is not possible to combine different discount codes. The combination of bundles and discount codes is not possible.


If a discount code is applied to an offer price that has already been reduced (larger packaging unit/bundle), the discount will be deducted from the individual price. A cash payment of discount codes is no more possible, nor is any other offsetting or reimbursement of the monetary value of a discount code. Discount codes issued to the customer are excluded from resale and assignment is not permitted. The discount codes apply exclusively to the VYBE online shop (https://get-vybe.com).

Validity:

The validity period of the discount codes is limited. The discount codes expire after the date stated on the discount code. An extension is excluded.

Minimum order value:

A minimum order value is always stated in the detailed information of the respective discount code. If the minimum order value is subsequently fallen short of by returning the relevant item, VYBE reserves the right to invoice the difference between the order with a discount code and the order without a discount code. Discount codes that are given when you register for the newsletter are valid for a minimum order value of €19.99.

Returning items:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal or if the goods are returned for other reasons, only the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund of the discount code or a new discount code.

Billing for multiple items:

If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of several items (shopping cart discount), VYBE reserves the right to divide the discounted amount over one or proportionally over several items.

Failure to fulfill an order or delivery:

If the order or individual items to which the discount code relates are not fulfilled, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or a claim to a new discount code.

Third-party discount codes:

The redemption of discount codes, vouchers or other bonus systems from third-party providers, such as Miles&More, Paypal, PayBack, Otto.de or Amazon, are not valid. We are not responsible for the timeliness of offers or discount codes on third-party sites.

11.2 VYBE Gift Cards

Usability:

The VYBE Gift Cards can be purchased via the online shop. These have a value of €25.00 or €50.00, which can be determined before the purchase is completed. The gift cards are only valid for the VYBE online shop (https://get-vybe.com).

Validity:

All VYBE Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed on all products in the online shop. There is no minimum order value.

Returning items:

The right of return remains unaffected. The specified terms and conditions apply. If a product is returned or refunded, the amount owed will be credited back to the voucher. A payment of the amount to any means of payment other than the voucher is excluded.

Returning the voucher / VYBE Gift Card:

A return, for example in 2x €25 gift cards, is excluded. A cash payment of the full or remaining amount is also not possible.

12. Liability

      The above restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply
